Hwan Cheng Enterprise was founded in 1978, initially focusing on the processing and trade of garment linings. With years of professional experience in the garment, footwear, and hat material industries, the company has gradually transformed, increased its capital, expanded its export market, and specialized in hat material production. The main business includes the production and supply of various fiber fabrics, as well as processing services such as laminating, strip cutting, and threading, providing integrated one-stop services suitable for both wholesale and retail. The company exports complete hat materials, including accessories, meeting customer needs in one transaction. Hwan Cheng is renowned in the industry for its professional experience and strict quality control.

Wholesale and Retail of Various Fabrics

Specializing in the production of hat fabrics, with a wide variety of inventory available. We offer both wholesale of full rolls and retail of smaller quantities, along with professional product consultation and post-sale processing services. We can also customize fabric dyeing according to customer requirements, suitable for hats, garments, footwear materials, bags, and more.

Fabric Processing

Our factory offers a variety of processing services, including laminating, PUR, straight cutting, bias cutting, strip cutting, die cutting, sewing, ultrasonic processing, and sweatband stitching. We can arrange full material supply, partial material supply, and contract processing services according to customer requirements.

• Full Material Supply Processing – We provide everything from fabric to processing.
• Partial Material Supply Processing – Customers provide the main or supplementary materials, and we match and process the materials according to their specifications.
• Contract Processing Only – Customers provide all materials, and we only provide processing services.

Transportation Services

Our company owns one 10.5-ton truck and three 3.5- and 4-ton trucks. For customers in Taichung City and County, we offer door-to-door pickup and delivery of processing materials. For other counties and cities, smaller shipments are arranged through freight services or backhaul trucks.
For exports, we provide in-factory container loading services. Export documents and material labels are accurately prepared according to customer requirements. For bulk exports, deliveries are made to customer-specified locations. Our vehicles and personnel have port access permits, allowing entry to Taichung Port for customs clearance.

Physical Property Test Report

For project production, we can provide a physical property test report for bulk orders (please inform us of your requirements in advance, including testing standards and the testing institution). Examples include: colorfastness, shrinkage, formaldehyde content, tensile strength, and more.

Full Set Supply of Hat Materials and Accessories

When customers designate overseas factories for processing and order hat materials and accessories, they can provide the required quantity of hats. Our order system can calculate material consumption based on the customer's usage rate and color requirements, saving valuable time.
Hat-related accessories such as visors, buckles, Mambo straps, and size bands can also be included in the full package for export with overseas orders.

Special Lamination

These methods go beyond standard lamination, which typically involves bonding two layers of materials for protection or durability. Special lamination processes are used to achieve particular features, depending on the requirements of the product, such as improved aesthetics, functionality, or performance.

PUR Wet Bonding

（PUR濕式反應貼合）

PUR Wet Bonding is a technique that uses Polyurethane Reactive (PUR) adhesive in wet lamination. It combines the high strength and durability of PUR adhesives with the wet bonding process, making it suitable for applications that require strong adhesion and specific functional properties across various materials.

Straight Cutting

Straight Cutting is a cutting technique that involves cutting fabric along its warp and weft in straight lines. This technique is typically used for creating simple, well-defined garments and items, suitable for designs that do not require much elasticity or fluidity.

Bias Cutting

Bias Cutting is a technique where fabric is cut at an angle, typically at 45 degrees to the fabric's warp and weft. Unlike straight cutting (cutting along the warp and weft lines), bias cutting gives the fabric greater elasticity and fluidity, making it suitable for creating garments that require softness and body-conforming designs, such as skirts, dresses, or other clothing with a natural drape.

Slitting

Slitting is a processing technique that cuts wide fabrics or rolled materials into narrower strips along their length or width. It effectively divides large pieces of fabric into smaller, more suitable materials for various applications.

Stitched Sweatband

Stitched sweatband refers to a fabric strip sewn inside a hat, usually around the edge. Its primary function is to absorb sweat from the head while increasing the comfort and durability of the hat. The design and materials of the sweatband can be adjusted based on the hat's purpose and design, commonly found in baseball caps, sports caps, and industrial safety helmets.

Ultrasonic Sweatband

Ultrasonic Sweatband is an advanced sewing technique that uses high-frequency vibrations generated by ultrasonic energy to fuse fabrics, rather than using traditional needle and thread. This technique is often used for seamless bonding, especially in hats with strong sweat-absorbing functions, such as sports caps and outdoor hats.
